Please help me MIS REPORT FOR PURCHASE DEPARTMENT. How to find Pending order and balance material, costing of material etc.. if there is anything excel format is available pl send.

For the information that you have asked, software are readily available. Why your company is not buying the software?
Anyway, you can use MS Excel or Google Sheets. However, it will require expertise to use the MS Excel. What is your competence to do that? Anyway, check the following video:
