Struggling with EPF/EPS Claim Rejection Due to Name Discrepancy? Need Advice!

Hello Everyone, I would like to seek your expert advice as I am facing some issues with EPF Final Claim withdrawal. I am getting the below error message for both EPF & EPS Final Withdrawal despite having my father's name updated correctly everywhere possible.

EPF Claim Rejection

EPF: Your claim [Claim Id - KDMAL190150043509] has been rejected due to:
1) Please submit a joint declaration letter along with documentary evidence duly attested by the employer.
2) Father's name differs.

EPS Claim Rejection

EPS: Your claim [Claim Id - KDMAL200150061871] has been rejected due to:
1) Father's/Husband's name Kanta as well as Deb Narayan, please submit a joint declaration letter along with documents.
2) Father's name differs.

As far as I can see, my father's name is correctly updated in all the places I can see in the EPF Member Portal. Still, my claims are being rejected, and I am being asked to submit a joint declaration form.

Any help on my situation?

If your father's name in the EPF records matches the name on Aadhar, you can directly contact and raise your issue with the EPF officials. Otherwise, you should submit a Joint Declaration form.
