An employee of my organization has birth certificate of UK but has PAN & Aadhar of INDIA as well as OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) should be treated as Indian citizen or Overseas for PF.
As PIO is deemed to OCI, he has that and he will be living and working in India.
Please suggest further.
