How to Create a Monthly Performance Award Policy and Event for Hotel Staff?

Can you please suggest a policy for implementing monthly performance-based awards for employees in the hotel industry? Additionally, please provide some ideas for organizing the event, including small games.

Most of the hotels nowadays conduct a town hall every month, wherein the Employee of the Month is awarded. They present a few slides on the hotel's performance for the previous month, hotel reviews by guests on TripAdvisor, challenges faced by the hotel, and CSR activities undertaken by the hotel. Additionally, some games/competitions and/or housie can be included, along with light snacks at the end of the function. The event can be scheduled post lunch and conclude after evening tea/snacks.
