1- How do you address the issues of quality assurance pertaining to the completion of performance evaluation tools in an organization?
2- What measures do you think are necessary to be put in place to monitor the implementation of the HR plan in an organization?

We need to know the background of each query that you have raised. Please confirm the nature of your industry, the product that you produce, what kind of QA practices are in place, what is the nature of measurement and what is the frequency of the measurement.
