How to write a better email event invitation where new joiners must do a performance?

Respected sir,
If gratuity mentioned on gross salary in appointment letter and completed more than 10 years of service now gross salary is also increased near Rs 50000/- than please provide guidance I am eligible to receive gratuity on my present gross salary.

Gratuity amount is not calculated based on gross salary.
