#Case 1- Employers Injustice - to think and force employees to love their organisation as much as they do

It is a kind of injustice on the part of employer to think and force employees to love their organisation as much as they do in all possible ways. It is as good as expecting others to love your child as much as you do. And when employees do not do the same and fail to do it, It gives the employers a right to Terminate the service of that poor employee. Till what extent do you think it is correct?

In life, Love,Loyalty,Compassion and Respect cannot be obtained by compulsion or force; they have to come out spontaneously. So is the case in employment relations too.
