Hello Friend,

Attached herewith is a checklist and a list of medicines that we need to maintain in the First Aid Box. This should be sufficient.

Dear Ashish,

It is not mandatory for you to maintain a medicine box because under the Factory Act, when there are 100-150 workers, then you have to maintain a medicine box for them.

Dear Member,

If your establishment is covered under The Factories Act, 1948 & The Punjab Factory Rules, 1952, then please go through Rule 69 [C] of the Punjab Factory Rules as applicable to the State of Haryana for the list of contents to be kept in the first aid box.

You may only keep an Aspirin tablet or a Paracetamol tablet as per the factory act. Other than these two oral medicines, you may keep antiseptic cream, pain-relieving cream, and burn cream.
