Pf withdrawal - your establishment is exempted from pf, submit your withdrawal case to concerned trust

Hi Team, I was worked in Genpact till Oct 2017, later on Im doing family business. I tried to withdraw my pf amount through online, but getting error message as "your establishment is exempted from pf, submit your withdrawal case to concerned trust".
Can you please explain about these error and suggest further step to process.

Which means your Ex-employer's Organization is an exempted Establishment and manage EPF Private trusts of their own. So please contact your HR who will guide you on the PF withdrawal process.

Yes try contacting your HR or PF office about the withdrawal process
