I worked at Genpact until October 2017 and later on, I started doing family business. I attempted to withdraw my PF amount online, but I am receiving an error message stating, "your establishment is exempted from PF, submit your withdrawal case to the concerned trust."

Could you please explain this error and suggest the next steps to process my withdrawal?
