Hi, you can use a 360-degree appraisal policy. We need to define specific parameters such as attendance, dedication to work, work performance, etc.

For a single employee, we can gather opinions from four sources:
1. The employee themselves
2. The immediate supervisor
3. The Head of Department (HOD)
4. The Management Team

After the appraisal process, you can evaluate and determine the employee's performance appraisal status.
