Hi Learned friends, I have a query. Basically , we are a software company, but not registered as EOU (export oriented Unit) or under STPI or in SEZ ( special economic zone).
Under the circumstances, can friends enlighten me, if we need to raise a softex form. The reason for this is, how do we show or get certified by government, that the exports of software/hardware took place from the company and show the same to bankers for raising working capital /loans or show other clients proof of our operations/ turnover. Which authority from government can certify our exports of software/hardware, if not registered under STPI, EOU, SEZ.
Can anyone throw light on the same pl.
