Introduce a Performance Appraisal, based on (KRA) Key Result areas and Individual Key Result Index (KRI). Develop a staff develop policy / procedure based on that.

Dear member,
Staff development is a vague concept. Anyway, the development of the employees can be done through the following means:
a) Training and development
b) Feedback to the employees on the training effectiveness
c) Designing a career plan for the employees
d) Instituting a "Formal Mentoring Programme" in the company
