In case an elector is registered in a one constituency, but is working in an establishment in another constituency, then the elector is eligible to a paid holiday when polls are being held in the constituency in which the establishment is situated.

According to section 135B of Representation of People Act we are to grant special paid leave to the registered voters for the election of MP/MLA on the day of poll looking into the constituency where he is registered.
