Format of Email to my employees about their suggestion regarding infrastructure renovation

Hello All, Anyone can help me in mail format, if I want to drop an email to my employees about their suggestion regarding infrastructure renovation.

You may ask the suggestions to the employees for the infrastructure development, however, question arises is whether they are competent to give the suggestions. Primarily, the infrastructure is developed for the following reasons:
a) Improve the productivity
b) Improve the process turnaround time of some process
c) Give a better look or builds an image
Therefore, you may make a plan and then ask for the suggestions. Your plan will act as a trigger to the employees. Better suggestions may come thereafter.

I would suggest to draft a letter which you intend to communicate to your employee and share to us which we would validate. This effort by you not only augment your writing skills but also build more confidence in your work.
