The impact of "Code of Wages 2019" - do we need to file any statutory return to the Labour authority?

Please update the impact of "Code of Wages 2019" ! do we need to file any statutory return to the Labour authority under MW, POW & Bonus act?

In accordance with section 1(3) of this Code, it shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint. Thus now we are to wait for the date of applicability of this new Act. Thereafter appropriate Governments (Central & States) shall frame Rules. After Rules become enforceable we will be in a position to know where, when, to whom & in which format we are to submit the returns if any under this code. Till then submit all relevant returns in same formats which you are sending at present.

After receive wage code it will be effect as per notification. Till notification present rules will be followed.

Having gone through the Wage Code Bill, not sure if there would be additional returns to be files. Maybe some of the returns would be consolidated into one. This is my view.
