We enable social change initiatives. We offer research based services, technology solutions, and capacity building solutions in social domains such as health, education, nutrition, child protection, and governance. It consists of development team, data team, research team and other teams like HR, Admin and Finance.
We need this plan to make the learning process effective and faster. I just want to train the new staff as per her/his role/task. I have thought to make different learning plan for different team, so that they can learn basic things from our learning depository (we have like basic excel formulas and chart things for data team) by themselves and also the trainer will be conscious to train the the new member by the given time line.
I would be grateful if you could advise.
