Seeking Advice on Effective Reporting Structures for a 60-Person IT Company

I am working with a 60-person IT Company (Product Development). We have 4 SBUs. Can any of you share the reporting structure that can be implemented for better prospects?

We have:
Accounts Department - Accounts Executive
HR Department - Asst. HR Manager & Project Coordinator
For All SBU: Project Manager Business Development Manager Team Leader / Project Leader Team Members - Developers, QA
Marketing Department: Marketing Head Team Members

You can do one thing: you can make their first line and second line mean 4 SBU - 1 line, i.e., 10 people. Then 10 people - all 60 people.
