I am working with a 60 people IT Company (Product Development)
We have 4 SBUs .........Can anyone of you share the reporting structure that can be implemented for better prospects???????

Accounts Department - Accounts Executive
HR Department - Asst. HR Manager & Project Co-ordinator
For All SBU :
Project Manager
Business Development Manager
Team Leader / Project Leader
Team Members - Developers, QA
Marketing Department:
Marketing Head
Team Memebers

you can do one thing.
you can make their first line & second line
means 4 sbu :- 1 line i.e. 10 people.
then 10 people:- all 60 people.
