Are We Required to Keep All Registers Under Both the Factories Act and Minimum Wages Act?

If we are already maintaining registers under the Factories Act of 1947, is it mandatory to maintain all registers under the Minimum Wages Act as well?

Now, combined annual returns need to be submitted under the Factories Act, which includes the Factories Act rules, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Maternity Benefit Act. You need to maintain registers for aspects not covered under the Factories Act, such as deduction registers, advance registers, etc.
