When the payment is to be made per day, then we are to divide the monthly rate of wages by 26.

Minimum Wages and NGO Activities

Minimum wages are applicable to all scheduled employments mentioned in the Minimum Wages Act. What sort of activity is your NGO involved in? Most categories of employment are covered by the act.
