Hi Members, I have a query. When i had joined an IT company i was BCA graduate. But while being in job i did regular MCA as i was working in rotational shift. So able to manage it. But some of my friends told that having regular degree with experience doesn't count at the same time. So could you please help here. If this is true so how can i move into next organisation with my master degree and experience.

Dear friend,
What counts and what does not count is a subjective matter.
You have given a little bit of information about your career but have not told us about the length of the experience that you have or the technology that you work on. In the IT industry, "experience" is everything. You encash on the experience of working on some technology. Qualification does not matter per se.
The present of CEO of Google is Mr Sundar Pichai. What is his qualification? He is B Tech (Biotechnology). Seemingly there is a mismatch in his qualification and the job that he took up. Yet he scaled up in Google. You too will scale up! Don't worry!
Thanks,

Hi Dinesh
I have almost 5 yrs of experience. But is it true that overlapping experience with the education doesn't count same time and we can claim only one at a time or it's just confusion.
