Hi,

There is a law on the protection and prohibition of discrimination of the disabled (Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016). As per the law, all establishments (including the private sector) are required to frame and publish an Equal Opportunity Policy. However, I think there is not much awareness among the private sector about this law and its implementation.
