There is an law on protection and prohibition of discrimination of the disabled (Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 ).
As per the law all establishments (including private sector) are required to frame and publish an Equal Opportunity Policy.
But I think there is no much awareness among private sector about this law and implementation.
