Hi Kalai,
Nowadays the strict dress code slowly becoming a thing of the past. From formals, changed to jeans and T shirts (for both male & female). Some firms allow even 3/4ths or half pants too. Who knows days are not far even bare body could be uptodate. But I only would suggest an office is an office, formals during week days and pants with T shirt on Saturdays will always welcome. If it's a uniform printed with your logo is welcome. However on occasions like seminars, celebrations marking occasions, visit to customers it should always formals. Of course, ID card is a must.
