Hi Kalai,

Nowadays, the strict dress code is slowly becoming a thing of the past. From formals, it has changed to jeans and T-shirts for both males and females. Some firms even allow 3/4ths or half pants. Who knows, the days are not far when even being bare-bodied could be up-to-date. However, I would suggest that an office is an office, and formals should be worn during weekdays, while pants and T-shirts are acceptable on Saturdays. If there is a uniform printed with your logo, it is always welcome. Nevertheless, on occasions like seminars, celebrations, marking special events, or visiting customers, formals should always be worn. Of course, an ID card is a must.
