Attrition - identify the reasons within personal reasons and better prospects - How do I do that?

Hi all, I have been given the attrition data and based on that I have identified that most of reason for attrition is personal reason and better prospects across all the locations in India.. I have been asked to further identify the reasons within personal reason and better prospects.
How do I do that? Can I make a template in excel to capture this data?
