Hello Fraternity friends, I need your valuable suggestion. We have contractual staff here..all are female employees around 10. A contract is for 6 months..now my question is we may terminate their services before end of their contract in case we dont get work from our operating companies.. so i want to draft a joining letter in a way that it should not be having any obligation on us as per the employemnt law or with respect to any compliances..can anyone suggest how should I draft such letters?
