Delayed Full and Final Settlement: Can I Take My Complaint to the Labor Court?

Hi, if my company does not do the full and final settlement within the timeline, can I raise a complaint in the labor court? If yes, what is the procedure for the same?

My payroll company is based out of Bangalore. It has been more than 30 days, and they have not cleared my Full & Final settlement. There is no mention in the appointment letter of how much time they needed to clear the F&F. However, as per the company policy, they are supposed to clear it by the 30th of each month. In this case, can I go ahead and complain in the Labour court for seeking help? How do I start the process for suing them?
