My payroll company is based out of Bangalore. It has been more than 30 days, and they have not cleared my Full & Final settlement. There is no mention in the appointment letter of how much time they needed to clear the F&F. However, as per the company policy, they are supposed to clear it by the 30th of each month. In this case, can I go ahead and complain in the Labour court for seeking help? How do I start the process for suing them?
