Struggling with PF Withdrawal Due to Missing End Date: How Can I Resolve This?

Dear Seniors, I need your guidance on PF withdrawals:

1) I have worked for three companies.

2) I withdrew PF from the third and last company.

3) After receiving the PF amount from the last company, we discovered that the DOL (Date of Leaving) was not mentioned by the second company, causing a delay in the withdrawal of that amount. The end date from the second company was not specified.

4) I contacted the second company and requested them to provide the end date. They have now entered it, but it still shows as pending from the PF officials' end.

5) I am seeking assistance as I am unable to understand where I might have gone wrong and whom I should contact regarding this issue.

6) An email has been sent to the PF officials in Bangalore to accept our manual file for withdrawal, providing a detailed explanation of the situation.

Kindly assist me as I am unable to reach out for help, and the amount is still pending with them. I don't understand what steps need to be taken next.

Dear Friend,

Step 1: Log in to the UAN member portal.
Step 2: Navigate to the online claims section and select Form 19 & 10C for withdrawal.
Step 3: Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account.
Step 4: Choose Form 19, input your address details, and then click on proceed.
Step 5: Once you click on proceed, you will receive an OTP registered with your Aadhar card.
