Campus Recruitment proposal format - to hire fresh talent from Various Engineering and Non Engineering colleges?

Our Hr team is looking at Campus Recruitment that will help us hire fresh talent from Various Engineering and Non Engineering colleges. Our organization is fairly new in India, so we intend to use Campus Recruitment's for 2 purposes. 1 would be talent acquisition and the other branding. I have been requested by the operations team locally to prepare a Campus Recruitment Proposal which will be shared internationally as to why and how this will help our organization. I have participated in alot of events that involved Campus Recruitment but have never been exposed on how to prepare a Campus Recruitment Proposal?

They say there is always a first time to everything. So here it is! I request members who have earlier dealt with preparing a Campus Recruitment Proposal to help me out with their inputs.
