Frustrated with HR Silence on Notice Period: How Can I Ensure My Last Day is Honored?

Hi, I resigned on March 11, 2019. My last day was set for May 24th, 2019, however, according to the company rules, my notice period should be 60 days. I have formally requested a 60-day notice period via email and phone calls. Despite my efforts, there has been no response to my multiple calls and emails. Could you please advise me on how to proceed in this situation?

I recommend that you submit an application to the Managing Director seeking his intervention. In your application, mention that you have already submitted a letter of resignation but have not received any official communication regarding the acceptance of the resignation. If you do not receive any communication from the Managing Director, proceed to submit a second application requesting a personal interview.
