We work for an IT company which basically works for European clients , we are confused about the holiday on election day 2019 .

Section 135-B of the People's Representation Act,1951 provides for a paid holiday on the date of polling for elections. Just because of the inconvenience likely to be caused to your European clients, your Indian employees cannot be deprived of their adult franchise.
