How to exit an employee from esic - invalid data found for those ip's please specify valid reason for ip

I was filling challan and found that i have some employee who have left, so now i dont have to submit there share so i wrote reason for 0 days in there column LEFT(reason no.2) with the date, but now the problem is it is showing error when i am uploading my challan file that (INVALID DATA FOUND FOR THOSE IP'S PLEASE SPECIFY VALID REASON FOR IP). Now what should i do to submit challan?
