Is there any law stating the minimum night shift allowance for Karnataka?

Hello,

Is there any law stating the minimum night shift allowance for Karnataka or any formula to calculate night shift allowance? Is this allowance mandated by law? We have employees working night shifts from 8:30 pm to 5:30 am and 9:30 pm to 6:30 am, five days a week.
