Can anyone help me understand the procedure for hiring unskilled labor in Delhi NCR? What are the minimum wages for this? Also, is there any specific contract staffing agreement format for this?

Employment for any cadre (skilled, unskilled, highly skilled, supervisory, managerial, etc.) in industrial or commercial establishments is governed by the same employment-related laws. You may proceed with hiring the most suitable individual for your establishment's needs, ensuring they are physically fit as determined during the pre-employment medical exam. Induct the recruit, explain the tasks to be done, taking into account the prescribed minimum wages as applicable.

(Delhi NCR includes parts of several provinces; hence, the minimum wages shall be the rate applicable to the area, i.e., UP in the case of Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, etc.)

Please clarify whether you are hiring the "Unskilled" person through a "Third Party" or want to recruit for your company directly. Also, clarify if it is for one person or more. There could be multiple agreement formats depending on your requirements, negotiations, scope of work, and commercial terms.
