Please guide me. Our company is planning to raise the basic salary to above Rs. 15,000. Above this limit, PF contribution is not mandatory for both the employee and employer. The company has 40 employees, and this is the first time they are planning to enroll for PF. Is it okay, or is there any ceiling on basic salary?
