Struggling with EPFO KYC Approvals: Why Won't My PDF Signature Work?

Hello Sir, I am trying to approve members' basic details change requests in the new unified portal of EPFO. I go to Member > basic details change request, and after selecting all pending requests, I click on the Approve using DSC button and have the digital signature (DSC token) available and connected. I get a popup which says "This will open the utility for digitally signing the PDF..." and when I click on RUN, it shows "Approve Activity," but then after some time, it does not show PDF SIGNATURE.

I already have the latest version of 32-bit Java installed and updated on my computer. I have also tried using different browsers.

Please provide me with a solution for this issue. I am willing to pay a fee for this work.

Use Mozilla Firefox version 48 and Java 8 Update 121. There is no need to use the latest version of Java as there are issues with the EPFO website. Make sure the driver for the DSC is updated.
