Struggling with Aadhaar Mismatch in EPF Portal? Here's How to Fix It

Hi, this is Raja. In my UAN Portal, my Aadhaar details were initially verified with incorrect information (like Raja.K). Now, I have updated my current Aadhaar details to "Raja K," which have also been verified. Both sets of Aadhaar details are now verified in the KYC.

When I try to claim my PF amount, it asks for an Aadhaar OTP. Once I submit the OTP, it shows "AADHAAR OTP VERIFIED SUCCESSFULLY BUT UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST DUE TO MISMATCH INFO."

So, what can I do? How can I remove the previously verified Aadhaar which contains the wrong information (Raja.K)?

Wrong Aadhar was also submitted by you. Now, visit the EPF PRO. He will verify the facts and allow you to submit modifications online, subject to DSC approval by the employer.
