Could anyone clarify the following appraisal methods: 360-degree, 270-degree, 180-degree, and 90-degree appraisals?

"360-degree appraisal" is an appraisal system that focuses on getting feedback from self (zero degrees), superiors (90 degrees), peers and colleagues (180 degrees), and subordinates and/or customers (360 degrees). The purpose is to gain a more rounded view of an individual's contribution.

270 Juniors
360 Employee/person with whom he is dealing/customer.

We have an appraisal sheet that moves from bottom to top.
