what is the penalty/interest need to pay by establishment for non payment of provident fund?

Dear Experts,
Please advice on my below two query.
1) what if any establishment is not comply with PF although having more than 20 employees? what will be the cause/penalty establishment has to pay?
2) what if although registrant with PF not submitting monthly ECR what will be the penalty and interest if any calculator available please share?
