Dear Experts, Please advise on my below two queries: 1) What if an establishment does not comply with PF regulations despite having more than 20 employees? What will be the cause/penalty the establishment has to pay? 2) What if a registrant with PF registration does not submit the monthly ECR? What will be the penalty and interest, if any? If a calculator is available, please share. Thanks.
