Resigning within 15 days

Hi,
I recently joined a company. 8 days after joining, received offer from another organization and want to join that.
Currently i am on probation and can serve 1 month notice period as mentioned in offer letter. Can i get early release from the company as i am not sure whether they will pay for the days i spent here? Can they take any legal action against me?
Any suggestions?

Dear prashant,
I suggest you speak with your current employer; and serve notice as agreed mutually or a maximum of 1 month. There shall not be any legal action if you resign as per the terms of agreement/appointment and for sure they are liable to pay your wages for your worked days.
