Our company is currently contemplating extending this duration to 1 year due to an ongoing integration process. Additionally, is it permissible for a company to decrease the total number of leaves from 21 (EL) + 12 (GL) to just 21 ELs? Is this in compliance with the Shops and Establishments Act Rules?
