Can I get my last month (December) salary if I was terminated on 4th January?

Hello sir, I want to know that can I get my last month (December) salary if I was terminated on 4th January.

Yes, if you have served for the entire Dec.month you are entitled to get the salary and also for Notice period (cash in lieu of advance notice if not given to you).

For what reasons you were terminated?

Yes, you are entitled to get December month salary, but can give you more clarity if you could let us know, on what basis organization terminated you. As in some cases, like non-performance, theft, behavioral issue, or any other issue, organizations has the policy to not provide salary or hold the salary of employees for such cases.
