Yes, if you have served for the entire Dec.month you are entitled to get the salary and also for Notice period (cash in lieu of advance notice if not given to you).

Yes, you are entitled to get December month salary, but can give you more clarity if you could let us know, on what basis organization terminated you. As in some cases, like non-performance, theft, behavioral issue, or any other issue, organizations has the policy to not provide salary or hold the salary of employees for such cases.
