Struggling with UAN Portal Errors: How Can We Fix KYC Discrepancies for EPF Withdrawals?

Dear All, I'm working in the HR department of a corporate company. I would like to ask you about some general issues with the UAN or at the UAN portal when withdrawing EPF & EPS amounts through UAN online services. Actually, my question pertains to employees encountering the following error on the portal, and I'm unable to provide them with a resolution. The employees' KYC details are the same without any discrepancies, but their name is incorrectly updated on the UAN portal from their previous employer, and I have linked it to the same UAN. Their KYC details (Aadhar & Pan) are updated on the portal, with Aadhar being verified on the portal with the wrong information, while Pan remains unverified due to discrepancies.

I have attached the ERROR snapshot.

Currently, what is the resolution for this issue? The employee is unable to make changes to their UAN, and neither am I.

Name should match with Aadhar and PAN, but not with PAN. Ask her to open the member portal and upload PAN again, and verify the same digitally. If PAN is linked to Aadhar, then it will get seeded.

If uploaded, then it needs DSC approval by the employer. If that is also done, then the employee can make it valid by opening the UAN portal and clicking on the PAN details there. It will turn green. The employer can also do it by visiting the Member > PAN Verification and clicking on the specific member verification.
