Performance evaluation strategies - what can be parameters for evaluating Sales, Marketing, Accounts employees?

I've recently joined a new company n i am only H.R there. I've to make Performance evaluation strategies department wise. Like what can be parameters for evaluating sales ,Marketing, Accounts employees? Can anybody send his or her company evaluation strategies? Plz help me out.....

Lastly about the concept of "performance evaluation strategies". It may be noted that performance evaluation is out and out an operational activity and there is nothing "strategic" about it. Therefore, the first lesson for you is to update yourself on the difference in the concepts of "Strategy", "Tactic" and "Operations". Clarity on the fundamental concepts is important for all the levels of professionals.
