How Do Big Companies Like Google and Adobe Weigh Corporate vs. Individual Performance in Bonuses?

Yousseff
Dear All,

The majority of companies include company performance in bonus calculations, as shown in the formula below:

(Corporate Score * Weight Corporate) + (Individual Score * Weight of Individual Performance) = Total Score

where Weight Corporate + Weight of Individual Performance = 100%

Do you have any ideas about the adopted weightings in companies like Google, Adobe, when calculating the total bonus?

Thank you, dears

Dear Yousseff,

I don't know the practices followed at Google or Adobe; however, the ratio of company performance to individual performance is kept at a maximum of 40:60. The weighting of company performance can be reduced for roles that indirectly support company performance or for back-office roles. For such roles, the ratio of company performance to individual performance can be kept at 20:80.

Hope this information helps.

Regards,
Rahul
