The majority of companies include company performance in bonus calculations, as shown in the formula below:
(Corporate Score * Weight Corporate) + (Individual Score * Weight of Individual Performance) = Total Score
where Weight Corporate + Weight of Individual Performance = 100%
Do you have any ideas about the adopted weightings in companies like Google, Adobe, when calculating the total bonus?

I don't know the practices followed at Google or Adobe; however, the ratio of company performance to individual performance is kept at a maximum of 40:60. The weighting of company performance can be reduced for roles that indirectly support company performance or for back-office roles. For such roles, the ratio of company performance to individual performance can be kept at 20:80.
