Manufacturing Company - what kind of registrations are required for the company?

I have join one Manufacturing Company, need help from expert about what kind of registrations are required for the company. Kindly do needful.

If it's Co. and into Manufacturing some products and it's employing more No. of persons then you'll have to have the following:
1. Certificate of Registration of the Co. under the Companies Act
2. PAN card in the name of the Co. under IT Act
3. TAN
4. TIN & GST Registration
5. Regn. under the Factories Act
6. EPF & ESIC Regn.
7. Professional Tax Regn.
8. Compliance of periodical Returns & Maintenance of registers, records, display as prescribed under all applicable act.
If the process and products being manufactured by you is of special category, appropriate acts/rules (like hazardous materials/process) also shall apply.
