Full and Final Settlement without serving notice period.

Hello,
My employee sent me her resignation while she was on leave due to some emergency at her home and she has not served the notice period. In such case what is the procedure of full and final settlement?

You can either make a recovery of notice period deficit or just let it go. Though i suggest you go as per the appointment terms.
